Welcome to the Post-Graduate Physician Assistant Residency in Neonatology, at the University of Kentucky!

Our mission is to train certified Physician Assistants to have the knowledge, procedural skills, and confidence to provide exceptional medical care to patients in a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit.

The residency is an intensive 12 month training program and takes 2-3 PAs per year. We have been preparing PAs for a career in Neonatology since 2005, and 100% of our graduates have been employed in a NICU upon completion of the program.
