What happened: ARC-PA withdrew the program’s accreditation in June 2025 (Adverse Action – Accreditation-Withdrawn). Thiel requested reconsideration and then filed a formal appeal; the commission upheld its decision both times.
Teach-out: The program remains on probation while it teaches out its classes of 2026–2027, with quarterly teach-out reports to ARC-PA through June 2027. Enrolled students completing the teach-out remain eligible to sit for the PANCE.
