Johns Hopkins – Bayview Hospital Baltimore, MD 18 months 1 every 6 months Emergency Medicine Physician Assistant Residency Program The Emergency Medicine Physician Assistant Residency Program at Johns Hopkins Bayview allows PA residents the opportunity to train at the Johns Hopkins Medical Institutions for a career in emergency medicine. Residents are paid a stipend of $46,000 per year (a total of $69,000 for the entirety of the 18-month residency), and are provided life, AD&D, short-term disability and malpractice insurance. Medical, dental and vision plans also are offered, as well as continuing medical education funds. All residents receive paid time off. The program is based at the Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center and is part of the Association of Post-graduate PA Programs.
