How this program interviews

Virtual

All 2026–27 interviews are virtual. The program interviews roughly 200 candidates for a class of about 88. The day includes a mock inquiry-based-learning session, conversations with faculty and staff, and time with current students. Review is holistic — academics, clinical experience, personal statement, leadership, volunteerism, life experience and aptitude for inquiry-based learning. Decisions are final by February.

Policies that can change your plan

A&P route
Separate and combined A&P routes both require a full academic year and six total semester credits.
Recommended preparation
Lab work and repeating pre-2021 coursework are recommendations, not mandatory cutoffs.

The full-year A&P requirement may use separate or combined courses; either way it totals six credits. Labs are recommended, not required, and lab hours cannot count toward the credit minimums. Repeating courses completed before 2021 is strongly recommended but is not a mandatory expiration. A C- is not accepted. A few 2020 pass/fail exceptions are reviewed individually. Prerequisites must be completed at accredited or equivalent institutions in the United States or Canada.

When courses must be complete: For entry in 2027, complete all prerequisites by December 31, 2026. For 2028 entry, the deadline is December 31, 2027.
