Regions Hospital St. Paul, MN 12 months 1 Physician Assistant Fellowship Hospital medicine The Department of Hospital Medicine at Regions Hospital is offering a post-graduate program for Physician Assistants interested in advanced training in Hospital Medicine. The Hospital Medicine PA Fellowship Program will offer the PA learner extensive training in Hospital Medicine through a variety of teaching environments and subspecialties. Our mission is to train highly-qualified PAs to become skilled, compassionate, efficient hospitalist providers with a focus on population health. The Physician Assistant program at USF’s Albuquerque Campus is a full-time, 27-month program. The program consists of 15 months of didactic classroom basic medical sciences, behavioral and social sciences, clinical preparatory sciences and professional practice issues. This is followed by 12 continuous months of supervised clinical learning experiences. Students must complete the entire 27-month program at the University of St. Francis. Upon successful completion of the entire program of study, the student will be awarded a Master of Science degree.

University of Missouri Columbia, MO 15 months 2 students Postgraduate Fellowship Program » View Physician Assistant Feature Brochure Since January 2011, the University of Missouri Health System in Columbia, Mo., has been offering an intense and rewarding postgraduate fellowship for physician assistants in acute care medicine. The physician assistant fellowship program is a collaboration among University Hospital, the MU School of Medicine and its departments of emergency medicine, internal medicine and surgery, and the MU School of Health Professions. University Hospital is a 300-bed hospital in central Missouri. It serves as central Missouri’s only Level I trauma center and as a tertiary referral center for much of mid-Missouri. The hospital is located on the MU campus, along with its academic partners, the School of Medicine, the Sinclair School of Nursing and the School of Health Professions. As part of an academic medical center, University Hospital is host to many physician residency and fellowship programs. University of Missouri Emergency Medicine PA Residency Columbia, MO 13 months 2 Students per Fall and Spring Class University of Missouri Health Care, Women’s and Children’s Hospital, and the University of Missouri School of Medicine are offering an intense and rewarding post-graduate fellowship for Physician Assistants in Emergency Medicine. Program director and clinical coordinator: Rebekah Hudson ([email protected]) MU Health Care boasts over 400 hospital beds in central Missouri with an expanding Emergency Department with over 52 beds. It serves as central Missouri’s only Level l trauma center and as a tertiary referral center for much of mid-Missouri. As part of an academic medical center, MU Health Care is host to many physician fellowships, fellowship programs, and other physician assistant fellowships. This program highlights rotations in Emergency Medicine at our level 1 trauma center and rural-based Emergency Department, ICU, medical wards, boot camp, SIM labs, and hands-on experience in procedural labs and in clinical practice under physician assistant and physician supervision.
