Carolinas Healthcare System Center Charlotte, NC 12 months 28 students Post-Graduate Acute Care Fellowship Program The post-graduate acute care fellowship program allows both NPs and PAs to develop the knowledge base to perform procedures and life-saving interventions in various high acuity patient populations and situations. The fellowship concentrates on typical difficulties with transition to practice, and prepares the ACP to perform in a specialized acute care setting while developing foundational specialty-specific skills and knowledge. Established in 1972, the Master of Physician Assistant Studies Program is a full-time, post-baccalaureate program that begins once a year in May and ends 30 months later in November. The curriculum is a powerful blend of academic learning and hands-on clinical training. You’ll begin with four semesters of lecture and bedside demonstration in medical and behavioral sciences. This foundational coursework is followed by four semesters of clinical rotations in a wide range of disciplines and settings.

Perlman NP/PA Fellowship in Emergency Medicine NorthShore University HealthSystem, in conjunction with Loyola University and Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science, is recruiting for a 1-year, post graduate, advanced practice fellowship program for NPs and PAs in emergency medicine. This intensive program offers advanced training in hands-on clinical care through the use traditional teaching methods, but also the use of our innovative simulation center and cutting edge informatics. Along with emergency medicine, the program places an emphasis on multi-disciplinary learning and communication. The PA program at LMU-DCOM offers graduate level professional education for students who desire to become Physician Assistants. The program provides the academic and clinical training needed to practice as a competent, reliable extender of the physician. The program is a full-time, 27-month curriculum that provides students the opportunity to earn a Master of Medical Science degree and certificate of completion to meet the eligibility requirements for the Physician Assistant National Certifying Examination (PANCE).
