Daemen College PA Program Mission Statement

The mission of the Daemen College Physician Assistant Department is to provide its graduates with the knowledge and skills necessary to meet the challenges of delivering quality medical care with great autonomy in a team-based model to a diverse patient population within a complex American healthcare system. Its professional program builds upon and reinforces the intellectual qualities acquired through study of the liberal arts, social, and natural science while integrating the Competencies of the Physician Assistant Profession throughout the curriculum.

Geriatric Psychiatry Fellowship Our one-year ACGME accredited program in geriatric psychiatry offers training across the full spectrum of care, including geriatric medicine, neurology, physical medicine and rehabilitation, palliative care, and long-term hospital settings.
