Duquesne University PA Program Mission Statement

The mission of the Duquesne University Department of Physician Assistant Studies is to: Prepare trainees with the necessary knowledge and skills to reliably perform the role of a physician assistant beyond the typical classroom settings by utilizing simulation, clinical immersion, telemedicine, electronic medical record, and other current technologies, Promote lifelong responsibility for ongoing learning and active participation in the evolving practice of medicine and changing healthcare environments.
