Curriculum & clinical training
Classroom and laboratory study
Anatomy, physiology, pathology, pharmacology, clinical medicine, psychosocial care, research, and diagnostic sciences provide the medical foundation.
Clerkships and completion
Ten five-week clerkships cover seven core specialties and internal medicine, surgical, and clinical electives; seminars, summative evaluation, and a capstone complete the program.
The Brooklyn MS program lasts 28 months and requires 86 credits (40 didactic and 46 clinical). Faculty schedule rotations; students return to campus for two-day meetings after each clerkship.
