Completion of an orthopaedic clinical rotation is desirable.” But /pa-fellowship-admissions imposes a much longer bar: “Graduate of an accredited Primary Care Physician Assistant Program”, NCCPA certification, California PA licence, current DEA licence, CAPA Controlled Substance Education Course certification, current BLS and ACLS, three letters of recommendation, PANCE/PANRE scores from NCCPA, official transcript, diploma, CV and a personal statement.
