Carilion Clinic Roanoke, VA 12 months 2Students Orthopaedic Surgery ACP Fellowship The Carilion Clinic Orthopaedic Department offers a post-graduate Advanced Clinical Practitioner Fellowship in Orthopaedic Surgery for Physician Assistants (PAs) and Nurse Practitioners (NPs) that have a RNFA certificate. This intensive program will build upon the strength of our highly successful PA and NP orthopaedic practice already in place, combined with the largest and most effective orthopaedic surgery group in southwest Virginia. The Emory Physician Assistant Program and The Veterans Atlanta Medical Center (VAMC) Atlanta, GA 12 months Post Graduate Residency Programs Veterans Administration Primary Care Residency The Emory Physician Assistant Program and The Veterans Atlanta Medical Center (VAMC) are collaborating to pilot a Primary Care Residency Program. This training program includes 12 months of didactic and clinical educational experiences focusing on Patient Aligned Care Team (PACT) concepts of patient engagement in their own care, clinical leadership, systems-based practice, chronic disease management, practice process improvement and timely transitions of care between primary and specialty care. The Pace University – Lenox Hill Hospital Physician Assistant Program is a rigorous master of science program that fully integrates the educational components of the two institutions. Prior to admission you must have completed a bachelor’s degree and meet admission criteria. Upon successful completion of the Program, students are awarded a master of science in physician assistant studies (MSPAS) degree from Pace University and a certificate of completion from Lenox Hill Hospital.
