UCSF Fresno Fresno, CA 18 months 2 Students PHYSICIAN ASSISTANT RESIDENCY Founded in 2015 at Community Regional Medical Center in Fresno, California; the program will begin its first class in 2016. Affiliated with the University of California, San Francisco (UCSF) School of Medicine, we offer an 18 month postgraduate program that will accept 2 EMPA residents per year. Graduates who successfully complete the residency will receive a certificate of completion from UCSF. Our curriculum is based on the Model of the Clinical Practice of Emergency Medicine and the Society of Emergency Medicine Physician Assistants (SEMPA) Emergency Medicine Physician Assistant Postgraduate Training Program Standards.
